Orders
Due to the supply and logistic issues that were brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, orders will be shipped out after 10-15 days upon receiving of payment.
Overseas Orders
We cater to overseas customers, but at present we do not have a standardized shipping cost for global parcel delivery on our website. However, you may send us a request of your orders and we will send you a quotation for shipping. Once your order is finalized we will send you an invoice thru PayPal. PayPal
Using your PayPal account or Credit card, you can shop with us using PayPal to place orders on our online store.
Bank deposits / Online Fund Transfers / GCash
We also accept payments thru Bank deposits or Transfers to our BDO savings account. We can also accept payments thru GCash

Shipping
Metro Manila
If you are within Metro Manila / NCR you can opt for LBC, Grab or Lalamove to deliver your purchases. You may also pickup personally at our Marikina Office.
Grab and Lalamove pickups
For Grab and Lalamove deliveries, the customer will be responsible to book and pay for the delivery. We will notify you once your items are ready for pickup, and upon booking the delivery kindly just send us a screenshot of the details.
Philippines provincial shipping
Provincial shipping will be sent via LBC. Once your shipment has been dropped off with the local courier, we will notify you along with the tracking number.
International shipping
Overseas orders will be fulfilled by LBC, fedex, or Ups. To send an order request please follow the Overseas orders request page so we may provide you with an accurate shipping quote. Refund and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and keeping in line with health and safety practices, we will not be accepting any returns or exchange of items.
